| Shipping Policies |
The majority of our items ship
directly from Imagemark's corporate headquarters in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin. Items in stock usually ship within 24-48 hours of purchase
excluding weekend delivery and are shipped UPS Ground. Your package should
arrive within 6 business days. Shipping and handling charges will be added to
your purchase based on the total shipping weight of your order (excluding any
sales tax that may be applicable). Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day rush delivery is
available. Additional shipping & handling charges will be added to your
purchase based on the rush delivery method you select.
Note: In order to ensure express delivery (overnight, 2-day, or 3-day)
orders must be submitted by 12:00 pm Central Standard Time.

Back Orders
Every effort is made to have an adequate supply of stock on hand to enable the
fulfillment of all items. However, due to the nature of the business this is
not always possible. Unless otherwise instructed, we will ship all available
items on your order, with back ordered items shipping as they become available.
There will be no additional shipping charges to you, regardless of the number
of shipments required to complete your order. Items that have been back ordered
may be canceled.
